FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first assess the client by getting to know them as a person ( what they do for a living, daily activities, and hobbies) and I then figure out the clients goal or goals and help them determine a time frame in which it or they can be achieved. I then inquire about the clients health history and background in fitness. I also like find out if i have anything in common with the client or anything that can help us build a stronger professional relationship and trust between the client and I. After we get past the assessment phase....I myself develop a program (strength training, cardio, nutrition, and supplements) that will allow the client to hit his or her goal or goals in a timely fashion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been training myself for over 8 years. I have been a personal trainer to others for over 4 years. I also have a personal training certification the the I.S.S.A (International Sports Science Association)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started training by giving family members advice on training regimens and eating habits. I've been in and out of the fitness life since I graduate high school and It has somehow stuck with me ever since. I've always been fascinated with the ability to transform oneself into a better, much stronger, fit individual.
