- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a base price, which includes everything that we have. Asking for karaoke, games or lights will never cost you any extra. If your venue is more than an hour away for us, there will be a charge to cover gas. The base price given will be for 4 hours of play time. Any time over that is $50 an hour. You are not charged for the time that it takes us to set up or tear down.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually upon hearing from a new customer we take their information and the date of their event and mark it in the calendar tentatively. We send out a contract to them for the amount agreed upon and once we receive that back the date is officially theirs! We are always available for questions or brainstorming, but in most cases we schedule a day to meet a couple week out from the wedding when the details are more solid, and get together to go over things like bridal party names, songs and the order of events.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We make sure to stay up on the latest songs that are out and make sure to have the best and newest dance songs available to our customers and their guests.
