Purchased 95% efficient furnace and A/C from BLR for my home. Byron and his team were great to work with. Employees were always polite and respectful. This guy seems very polite on the phone pretends like he wants to help. But the way it seems to me is he is out to scam. Claims to have many years experience. He came over and looked at my central air told me there was nothing that could be done to fix it and I had to get a new ac and furnace. So I decided to have all seasons heating and air located in piqua Ohio come take a look at it for a second opinion. Turns out just the capacitor and had it fixed in 15 mins. I got ahold of him and told him and his response was "sorry I've been sick".For having countless years of experience BLR mechanical either has no clue what he is taking about or is a scammer looking to rip you off !! Either way steer clear of this guy. Just being honest!!!!

That name brand equipment is just like cars etc...Most equipment is all comparable in quality. The most important thing is how well it's installed and cared for after its installed.
