- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing for our services starts @$1.00 per square foot treated. we have a $750.00 minimum no matter how small the place is or how many discounts they may have. this pricing is for Columbus Ohio and surrounding areas. We service all of Ohio between $1.00 to $1.50 per square foot. Although this is very general pricing, each place is unique.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most clients call in distressed and upset wanting instant relief. We take the time to address understanding bedbugs, how heat is a better treatment method than any other and then provide a price quote over the phone, giving a detailed description of services we are providing and warranty information. If they are interested in booking I, the owner, go meet with each client and complete a full walkthrough showing them how to prep and taking the time to educate them while on site. We then schedule the date and time for the actual heat treatment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am the former owner of Integrity Moving & Mobile Storage. In 2009 we came across bedbugs and purchased equipment to treat our trucks and pads to protect our clients. Once I saw that heat was the most effective way to eliminate all the bedbugs and eggs in one treatment, I went to Ohio Department of Agriculture and studied all pest control. I became a fully licensed Pest control company in 2010. We have been licensed since. I am also licensed to apply chemicals and complete full inspections. However, we utilize this only to move forward doing heat treatments chemically free.
