Carson from Adore Flooring came out to assess my 80+ year old, 700 SF parquet floor. He correctly recommended a skim and buff over sanding - competitors quoted sanding 3x the cost, which would have caused unnecessary damage. Easy to schedule, efficient, fairly priced. Happy I hired a pro.
