Karen who reviewed below should be happy she got a price at all or even a phone call from these people. They came out to give me a bid on my project. Two weeks later I had not heard anything so I called them, only to be told there was a note saying they couldn't do the job. I asked if anyone planned on calling me to let me know that and she said sorry she would have the sales person call me. One week later, still no call. I called again this time asking for the owner, but was told he was out of town. she added that the note also said the job wouldn't be profitable. Two other local enclosure companies were able to at least call me back with bids, so I asked for the owner to call me back and clarify. 15 mins. later she called me back and told me she spoke to the owner and he said to tell me they weren't interested in the job and that's all I needed to know. So if that's the kind of service your looking for in a contractor, GOOD LUCK.

As discussed at the time of the appointment, it was necessary for us to contact the manufacture of our sunrooms and discuss your unique request. We are sorry we could not get the answer you wanted quicker. We quote every job we can do and feel it would be a disservices giving you a quote if we could not give you exactly what you want. All sunrooms are not the same. Unfortunately ours would not work in your situation. Call us and demanding pricing doesn’t change our opinion. We wish you the best.

I recently purchased a retractable awning from this company. I scheduled an appointment and they came to my home to give me a written estimate. They answer all my questions and explained everything in lots of detail. They demonstrated how the mechanism works and had samples of the materials. Everything seemed very high quality. They had lots of color options and I was able to choose something that matched very well. After they measured I got an estimate I was happy with. I also ordered the sensor that retracts the awning automatically if it storms. Best warranty compared to other companies I researched and that was important to me. Lastly, there was some damage left behind from the previous awning and they offered to repair the area. Overall I was very happy with the product and experience.

Good overall experience. Communication was excellent, I asked a question, they answered it, even over the weekend at times. Plenty of before evaluation with various members of their company. Roy and his crew made short work of our enclosure and was sure he checked each moving part worked correctly, each gap was filled, and everything was clean before he said they were done. We had a drainage problem, (not their responsibility) and I contacted them about what happened and what I wanted to do. Got a call at 7:00 am (awake but not by my phone) and was told to hold off on my idea until Roy had a chance to look at it. This would be beyond what they would have to do, but they wanted us to have the best information on how to proceed with our situation. Great effort to see we were happy and satisfied.
