Zach did a great job with our family pictures! I had to reschedule and he was great about accommodating that. We have three kids so his patience and interaction with them was so appreciated! FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge depending on the amount of people, the time of shooting, and the distance I need to travel to get to the shoot. I edit the photos at no extra cost, and send back as many photos I think the customer will like.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally introduce myself and just try to explain everything I’m doing as I do it, so the customer feels included and more comfortable. I direct you on posing throughout the shoot and do my best to create a comfortable, confident atmosphere.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm pretty much self taught. I took a 1 on 1 lesson when I first started in 2019, but everything else I have taught myself through practice, experience, and online resources.
