FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Only our service work has hourly pricing. Everything else is done through an estimate or an official bid quote because individual work scopes can vary greatly. We want to ensure we understand all your needs to give you an accurate price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally, a customer will call, email, or text with a request for service. We further inquire with the customer about their specific needs, and ask to see the project to provide an accurate quote. Once we understand all the requirements, we send a quote back as soon as possible. If the customer picks our quote, we try to schedule our work around the customer's schedule. We can even work in the evenings so we don't disrupt normal work days.
