What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$70/hr or $600 for 10 sessions. Also willing to negotiate other methods of training such as demonstration of workout for one session, then allowing the client to follow workout at their own convenience, and then replacing with new workout after 2-3 weeks, monitoring progress and providing guidance along the way. You will find these prices to be very affordable in comparison to similar services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do various courses on more specific aspects of exercise. I have to acquire 2 credits every two years. If a client needs help in a specific area, I am more than willing to take a course to know how to assist him or her more fully.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
A strong interest in exercise but mainly a desire to help others.
