We had to reschedule initially because their electrician got sick and I appreciated how transparent and thoughtful they were because we have a newborn and did not want to risk exposure. They worked to reschedule promptly. When they came out, they did a great job diagnosing and repairing our outlet. He walked me through steps he was taking and explained without trying to upsell.

I dont love dealing with contractors, especially for big stuff like a generator it just feels intimidating. But Dean & Co Electrical made it painless. They walked me through the options, didnt push the most expensive one, and installed it clean and way faster than I expected. Everything was labeled, tested, and explained clearly. Whole house backup power is running exactly how they said it would. Honestly impressed, super smooth experience. 5 stars for sure!
