- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've loved writing since I was in elementary school--and my work was often praised by my teachers. In my spare time I wrote short stories and dreamed of becoming a published author. Then, I wrote for my high school newspaper and decided to study journalism in college. Communicating is my strong suit--speaking, writing, and revising--electronically or in print. It's a joy to me--and I love sharing that with others.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Currently, I write two nationally distributed monthly newsletters for parents. In the past, I've written for a nationally distributed online-service magazine with over 3 million subscribers. In the past and done research for major clients including Infoseek and Consumer Reports. Recently, I've also edited a book for an education professional who created her own school-counseling system. I'm versatile.
