- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Virus Removal: Once computer is received it may take up to 24+ hours to clean it depending on the amount of data on it. Time: 24 hours - 1 week Price: Depends on the complexity of the virus. Base rate is $50 up to $150. Travel: Client may want drop the computer off to me because it may take awhile to remove the virus. Custom Built PC: I build a custom PC for the client. High or low end. You tell me the price and what you want it to be focused on. ie: Gaming, storage, processor etc. Also extras like keyboard, mouse, printer, etc. I will then send you the list of components I have chosen for you, and I order it, build it, and deliver it. Time: 1 - 3 weeks Price: Cost of components + $100 to $200 for labor and $20 delivery fee. Optional $75 for setting it all up for you. Hardware Replacement: Once the computer is received I will order the item and install it. Time: 1 - 3 weeks Price: Cost of component(s) + $25 labor and $20 delivery fee. Travel: Client must drop the computer off to me. Home Network Configuration: This includes router and access point configuration. Setting it up to work with your devices, security etc. Time: 1 - 3 weeks if I order it, 1-2 hours if you have the device already. Price: $20 labor + cost of router/access point (if applicable) Travel: $20 fee
