- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would rather discuss that with the potential customer.I can say that people are happy with my prices because I'm fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Go meet and greet, Walkthrough the home, assess repairs, recommend what needs to be done. Answer their questions. Inform them of paint products and the trade itself. I actually spend time with the individual so we can get to know each other. Yes it's my living to paint but being comfortable on both ends is the most important to me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on 15 years painting and drywall repairs.
