In the fitness business it always changing and there is several classes a year for refreshing. The basics will always be the basics. Advanced training changes with the person.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began fitness for my own health and people saw my results and asked me to help. It was a part time thing that grew into my business. My whole life revolves around fitness and nutrition.
