Introduction: I treat all my clients with respect, understanding that many may have never set foot inside a gym before. It can be really intimidating to try and lose fat or gain muscle with no experience. So I understand this and explain to all clients that we will take time to go over any apprehension you may have. Also, since we are training in a private studio, there is no big gym to feel intimidated in! I also believe in educating my clients with as much information as possible. This can be information pertaining to training, metabolism, diet, and meal planning. There is so much MIS-information out there that I feel compelled to be blunt and tell my clients exactly what is truth and what is fiction. This gives them a feeling of empowerment because knowledge IS power. The variety of people that I work with. I have clients that are 70 and I have some that are in their 20's. And everything in between! I love developing that relationship with my clients so we actually become good friends over time. I also love teaching new exercises and moves to clients who have never done them. It's a great feeling seeing the look on their face when they "master" an exercise that has challenged them in the past.

I've been working with Michelle for almost a year. I started thinking I would do something temporarily while I had a sports injury but found out that I really enjoyed it! She knows when to push but isn't in your face - is knowledgeable and flexible. And she provides so much variety in exercises that I never get bored. I'm so much stronger now and I love it.

Michelle has been working with me for about a year. After having my son, I struggled to get my body back. She has turned me around and I feel stronger than before pregnancy. I have lost over 10lbs and feel great. She's very knowledgeable, always works me hard, and works around my crazy schedule. I am lucky to have found her!

Michelle is an amazing personal trainer! She taught me so many new ways to lift weights and I immediately felt stronger. I realized how much of my time I wasted by doing the wrong moves with the wrong equipment. Working out with Michelle is truly life changing.

Michelle is not only knowledgeable but also motivating. She helped my brother lose a significant amount of weight, and got me in great shape and gain some hard earned muscle (two completely different goals). She challenged both of us each time we were with her and that kept us constantly improving. I continue to use her, and would recommend her to anyone!

I have trained with Michelle both in person and on-line for the past several years. She designs amazing workouts--never the same one twice--and pays special attention to proper form. She also takes time to discuss other aspects other than the exercise routines like dietary needs, stress, etc, which is all connected in order to be successful and reach whatever goals you have set for yourself. I would highly recommend her for any of your fitness/health needs.
