FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my prices for my jewelry on 3 things: 1. Materials 2. Time 3. Difficulty
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA in Jewelry/Metals and Enameling from Kent State University. I currently work for a jewelry design company that is downtown Cleveland. I also work at a fine jewelry shop where we do in-house repairs that is located in West Park.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been making jewelry since I was 8 or 9 years old. I began making those friendship bracelets that every little girl gets into. I then found hemp jewelry and became very skilled in making jewelry out of hemp and beads. In college I took an introduction to jewelry/metals class and I absolutely fell in love. That is when I decided to get my BFA in jewelry/metals and enameling.
