Introduction: Our equipment combined with our process and peroxide based detergents is what sets us apart from other cleaners. We pre-spray detergents and scrub with the Rotovac 360. We then rinse thoroughly and make up to 3 passes to dry. Our process takes up to 30 mins per room. Fans are used to accelerate drying in most cases. The part of my job I like the most has to be seeing the customers smile when we show them how the job turned out!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are $40/room Up to 15'x 15' or 225 sq/ft for carpet cleaning. We have a minimum charge of $80.00 plus tax. We do not except credit cards. Cash or check only! This price is within our normal 30 mile radius of our office in Lakeview, Ohio. We do travel out of bounds. Pricing is approximately $.50/ mile outside the set area. This extra expense can be waived if the quote is over $250.00 and under 50 miles one way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly trying different products to find the best. With the exception of our main detergent. It has performed above all others to date.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have done this type of work for years. So a new transition to owner sounded better than being an employee! I was also confined to a factory. Now I get to meet new people everyday.
