FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. Property Manager is a flat percentage of the monthly rent that you collect from your renters. I do the accounting on your property so each month, the rent check is deposited, a check is cut to my brokerage for the management fee and a check is cut to you as the landlord.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to speak with the customer and see exactly what they are expecting from me as a property manager. If we are all on the same page after that conversation, I would move forward with perhaps visiting the property and looking over some paperwork with the land owner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been around real estate for 10 years. I obtained my Real Estate Salesperson license in June of 2016. To sit for the exam, I had to have 120 real estate classroom hours under my belt.
