Scott did an amazing job within budget and on schedule. We had trouble finding a good concrete company that could handle such a large project. They not only were able to remove the concrete but also pour it back in place in 3 days which kept our company running. They even gave me a decorative border for free. Absolutely astonishing.

I needed a driveway addition for my RV on the side of my garage. The Solidform crew did a great job. They matched the edging of the old concrete to the new so it all matched. They are amazing at the small details!

Scott did such a great job on our new patio! I was impressed with the results and the great customer service we received. He was happy to anwser any questions I had and worked with us on pricing. In a world where it's hard to find trustworthy contractors, SolidForm was very refreshing!

A buddy of mine recommended Scott and his team for a patio. I didnt really know what I wanted but I know we would be spending a lot of time in that area with friends and family - Scott came over and laid out an idea and was reasonable on his proposal. I couldnt be any happier.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects our excellent products and value. We are not the cheapest in town, but we provide an all inclusive custom package and make it an easy process. Most of our projects are tear out and replace. We do offer discounts in the beginning of the season and some holidays.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet on site and take notes on what the customer is looking for referencing pictures both mine and theirs of what they want. We look to determine a budget first or by designing something for them based on the size they are looking for. We then sit down and review how we can maximize a custom patio within their budget. From there its all scheduling.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of experience in construction trades. I have been involved with building custom projects such as decks, bathrooms, kitchens, and of course patios. Over the past 2 years we have specifically tailored this company in custom outdoor hardscapes.
