Friendly, fair and does great work. Mike built 2 decks and put together a Costco gazebo for me. I was very pleased with his work and would definitely recommend that you consider him for any projects that you may have.

Dave did some painting, landscaping, prepping and staining my deck at our house in North Avondale. Results were excellent. The quoted price matched the total cost. He completed the work when he said it would have been completed. Very happy with his professionalism start to finish and will definitely be using him for future jobs.

I contacted Danny for a quote back in the spring for a deck project that, over time, morphed into a concrete project and then later became a totally different concrete project. Every time I contacted him to ask about doing it a different way or in a different location, he responded very promptly with estimates and information. I was in touch with him off and on over a six-month period of time, and he never once complained about the revisions I requested or seemed put off by the changes. We did not ultimately hire RGV Contracting for reasons that have nothing to do with Danny or his team. Danny was very professional and responsive to our needs, and I wouldn't hesitate to use him in the future.

Shane installed a patio door on the rear of my home. There was a window in the spot, but no patio door, so framing needed to be completed and the exterior needed to be finished. Weather and bad luck threw some curveballs in the project, but nothing that could have been avoided. My only reason for the good vs excellent review is the the job was not completely finished. The exterior finishing and drywall finishing was left up to me. I am capable, so it's not a big deal, but I assumed this would have been taken care of. Overall, Shane was nice, professional, clean, and responsive.

Would hire again in a heartbeat! Paul and Angel fixed a ton of furniture in my house that had been damaged during a move - everything came out great! They also helped empty a storage unit and hauled away some items and were just so professional and patient with the work that needed to be done. Can't say enough good things about PBQ!

We contracted with Ian Cheadle of Cheadle Construction (937.580.9098) on December 4, 2015, and we are very glad we did. The project centered around the replacement of carpeted and tiled flooring with 3/8 inch Engineered Hardwood in a glue-down installation. This was a project that we, homeowners, had started the previous May, but after completing our great room, the project lost momentum leaving our downstairs in a half-baked configuration. We were simply not looking forward to tackling the myriad of difficult cuts required for our front entry-way, parlor, and hallway, all of which are at odd angles to the walls opposite. In late November, we decided to hire a professional. We found Ian and contacted him via email and he came to our condominium ON TIME, sized up the work and had an estimate/contract prepared for us shortly thereafter. Some prices are a set amount, while others are by square-foot or linear foot. It was all clear up-front. We removed the baseboards, carpet, carpet liner, carpet tack strips, and tile ourselves, revealing a concrete sub-floor upon which the new project would be glued. We were not, however, able to chip away the mortar that was underneath the tile. Lucky for us, Ian had a tool similar to a jack hammer that was able to do that job. The particular choice of materials and the method of installation were ours, and were not products he had worked with prior. Ian listened to our own experiences and in addition did his own research, including contacting the company. So when he began work, he was able to hit the ground running. We should mention that this was "click and lock" flooring in name only; it takes some real persuasion with a hammer to get each piece to lay flat. And the glue, although a great product, is also very messy, requiring constant cleanup. The project also involved the installation of baseboards. We chose 1x4 common board, and did the sanding, priming, and painting ourselves, leaving the cuts and installation for Ian. He caulked all the gaps, leaving a finished, professional look. There were no surprises during the installation. Ian asked all the right questions, and turned our vision into reality in less than a week. Having done this work, ourselves, the previous May, I can tell you that his constantly cheerful attitude must be a superpower of some sort. So, now, the project is complete, the place looks great and we can once again welcome our cars into the garage, just in time for winter. This is a link to a photo on google drive showing some of Ian's work: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4P1TMU9HITkMWk4Y0dIVG0wSGM/view?usp=sharing We were delighted with how it all turned out. I have a new house and needed some detailed trim work done. My fireplace only had a mantel shelf, so I had Roger build out around the fireplace with trim and create a full mantel surround. Also, the cabinetry on my large kitchen island was plain on the backside. I had Roger add Wainscoting, baseboard and trim out the corners of the island. I provided some pictures as examples for both jobs and he was able to creatively match his work to the pictures exactly. The jobs were done in a very timely manner and on a date that was convenient for me. I am very pleased with the end result and will use him again for future projects!

I have met with them for a preliminary walkthrough. When my husband is back in town, we will be asking them to come back out and give us an estimate on the work we need done. In the initial meeting, both gentlemen were courteous, informative, and confident they would be able to work within our budget when we decide what we are having done.

They did a phenomenal job painting my living room. Took them about 4 hours. It looks beautiful. They were prompt, got right to work, very pleasant and professional. Top notch work. I've never hired out painters before, this was a great first experience. I would definitely recommend them and have every intention of using their services in the future. Thanks again Shawn!!
