We have an almost 15-year history with Jason Schmidt Homes, and our confidence in Jason has only grown with each project. From finishing a basement in our previous home to building an addition on our vl current home and now remodeling our bathroom, he has consistently given us exceptional work and results we are proud of.Our current bathroom remodel is absolutely beautiful. The space feels inviting, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. The walk-in shower is the highlight. It is gorgeous, and we couldnt be happier with how it turned out.Jasons workmanship is second to none. Having seen his work across three very different projects, we can speak to the care and skill he brings to each one. His attention to detail shows in the finished results, and this bathroom is another wonderful example of the quality we have come to expect from him.Just as impressive as his craftsmanship are his integrity and character. Over almost 15 years, Jason has earned our trust through the way he conducts himself and approaches his work. Knowing we are working with someone honest, dependable, and committed to doing things right means a great deal to us.His communication is phenomenal. Being able to discuss the project, ask questions, and stay informed makes the remodeling experience so much easier. Jasons willingness to listen and communicate clearly is one of the many reasons we have continued to turn to him for important projects in our homes. We wholeheartedly recommend Jason Schmidt Homes. Our experience spans almost 15 years, a basement, a vacation home addition, and this beautiful bathroom remodel, and we remain thoroughly impressed. Jason combines outstanding workmanship with integrity, strong character, and phenomenal communication. Five stars are well deserved!

We have worked with Jason Schmidt for several years. We send a lot of clients to him that are doing renovation loans. All of them really like working with Jason. Jason is extremely thorough and checks in with us and the borrowers quite frequently to keep us all up to date. He does great work and we haven't had one complaint about him. He is extremely professional and easy to work with. I would recommend Jason to anyone.

We had Jason add a bedroom and bathroom in our basement a few years ago and were really impressed with his work. As a result we hired him again to finish the rest of the basement and again were impressed with the quality of work they did. He was very professional and easy to work with and exceeded our expectations.
