FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Everset Floors, we believe in transparent and competitive pricing with no hidden fees. Every project starts with a free, no-obligation estimate where we measure your space to give you an accurate quote. Standard Pricing Structure: Labor: Charged per square foot. Materials: We specialize in professional installation (labor), allowing you to purchase materials directly from suppliers to save money. However, if you prefer we handle the sourcing and purchasing of the materials, we can do so for a 15% service fee. Prep Work: Floor leveling or carpet removal is itemized separately so you know exactly what you are paying for. We offer seasonal discounts for military personnel and seniors. Just ask during your consultation!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We aim to make the process simple and transparent: Free Consultation & Measure: We visit your home to take accurate measurements and assess the condition of your subfloors (checking for leveling or moisture issues). Material Logistics: Since we focus on installation, you purchase the flooring you love directly from your preferred supplier. Note: If you prefer a hands-off experience, we can handle the ordering and delivery for a sourcing fee. Itemized Quote: We provide a clear quote covering labor, transition strips, and any necessary subfloor prep. Scheduling: Once the quote is approved and materials are ready, we lock in your installation dates. Installation & Walkthrough: We arrive on time, complete the work efficiently, and do a final walkthrough with you to ensure you are 100% satisfied.
