Introduction: My team and I have spent many years developing a good working relationship in our surrounding communities by listening to the needs of our customers. We feel that we have earned their trust by becoming an accredited member of the BBB, member of the Springboro and Lebanon Chamber of Commerce, also a Super Award winner from Angie's List thru 2010 - 2017. When we commit to a project we see it through from beginning to end as if it were our own home to make sure the customer will be well-pleased with the end result. Some days can be challenging, especially when the weather is against us, but we always persevere because we love to see the smiles on our customer's face when the job is complete and they can stand back and enjoy the new look of their home. Sometimes I help them with the color schemes to show them what will show up the best. I explain to them that every dollar that is invested in their home is a dollar well spent. I love the idea that I helped in adding value to their home for years to come. I can walk away with my head held up high to know that I helped the homeowner become more passionate about keeping up the appearance of their home.

I called out Spivey's Premier Painting & Pressure Washing when I noticed my wood siding looking washed out with uneven coloring. He explained that I caught it in time before it started warping and splitting due to the sun damage. He pressure washed my home first to ensure better stain adhesion. He explained the different stains available and he helped me pick out a top-rated solid stain brand(Behr) for the most protection. My home turned out beautiful! My advice to homeowners is if you want to protect your biggest investment and at the same time beautify your home call Terry for exceptional service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When figuring up a price there are different variables to take in account such as; type of paint, coats needed, extra trim work or any repairs needed. Any sanding and scraping required is considered restoration work and is not a service that I provide. I offer specials throughout the year that a customer can get access to at my website in which they can printed out or mentioned before the quote is wrote up. More specific information about my pricing is on Angie's List under the reviews section where customers have left this information for viewing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer calls my place of business and leaves a brief description of the job details such as, interior or exterior painting or their pressure washing needs, along with their home address, phone number, and a good time for us to call them back. At which time we will then schedule a day and time to come out to their home for a walk around of their house and provide them with a complete detailed estimate price. We call customers back normally within 2 days between the hours of 9am to 8pm.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began working for a painting company in Butler County, Ohio involved in new home construction. It is there that I learned the proper techniques for painting and staining. After working with them for a year, I was assigned team leader. I had worked there for approximately four years before starting my own business.
