Let me begin with saying thank you to Kendra again. She helped me with an amazing new look! A look that fits me too! I am a man over 40 and was walking around in clothes that I thought were me, clothes from Buckle!! When I met Kendra she knew exactly what needed to change. She was attentive and very informative. She absolutely made me feel like I was the center of her attention. I feel great wearing the outfits she put together. She showed me how to combine my new clothes to make multiple outfits too. I have never gone anywhere and received compliments on my clothes, on my shoes, on my style... not until I started wearing what Kendra had picked out for me. Fashion has always been a love of mine and after starting my own clothing line, styling just fell into place.
What types of customers have you worked with?
By far the most common request is personal shopping. As much a people think women love to shop, many women love to window shop or browse. Buyers remorse is tremendous among those who are looking to start fresh with a new style. Questions like "is this really for me"?, "do I have anything in my closet to go with this"? "can I find this cheaper somewhere else"? are frequent questions that will hold a woman back from purchasing.
