These days definitly fencing. People remodel at two specific times, when they buy and sell a home. When they buy they remodel to have the new home suit their specific needs. When they sell they remodel to update and fix things for prospected buyers. With very little buying or selling going on these days there is very little remodeling taking place. However since folks are staying put there is a need for some new livable space to entertain or just relax, and the outside fits the bill well. Fencing in your yard provides privacy for entertaining or hiding out in your own "space". Outdoor hardscapes and fire pits are catching on and fences give privacy to these new outdoor recreation activities.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Take your time, don't rush in. Make sure you feel comfortable with your decision. Your gonna have to live with this for many years to come so you do not want to regret your decision. Get references. Ask for atleast two people that the contractor has done work for that you may contact. Call these people and ask them what made this a pleasurable experience for them.
