- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing does vary from client to client. I take into consideration many factors and develop a specific plan for each client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer an initial free phone consultation. This enables me to create a learning plan for each clients needs. I then will do a "Meet & Greet" so I can meet the pet and pet parents and they can meet me in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 23 years of hand on experience. I started with a few mentors who guided me through the process. I have been actively utilizing Positive Reinforcement for many years and I've seen a huge difference in the bond I have and the pet owner has with their pets! I am continually doing research with online courses, reading books, joining several professional dog training focus groups and I have access to an amazing support system through my colleagues. I have completed an externship with an extremely successful pet business owner- Colleen Sedwick based in Philadelphia, PA in which I learned about the business side of things. I am dedicated to the learning process and I spend many hours completing research on behavioral issues enabling me to be creative, safe and successful with more difficult cases.
