FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that with my pricing comes an incredible service where their needs are the focal point of all my efforts during their time. To help make sure a healthy routine is established and goals are attained, discounts are available for multiple purchased packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process with new clients involves talking with them to identify their fitnes concerns and discussing with them a plan to address those concerns. A fitness assessment would also be required to establish a baseline on the client's fitness level (body fat, flexibility, cardiovascular and muscular strength), and also identify any imbalances.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through the National Council Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT) in personal training (CPT) and powerlifting, the Shaw Academy in adult and juvenile nutrition, stretching certification taught by the head trainer at the Macedonia Rec Center, and in the process of becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength Conditioning Association (NSCA). I also use skills I have learned from receiving my MBA at Cleveland State University.
