- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have "standard pricing" because every job is different and should be treated as such.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New client calls the office and discusses with us what they are looking to have cleaned. We then do a free bid either on the phone or in person. Provided everyone is in agreement of the job and cost of the job, we will schedule the job and discuss any further expectations or items of concern with the homeowner or person in charge of the job. We arrive on time and do a great job.

Home owners - Residential cleaning, (homes, apartments, condos, move in/move out cleaning). Building managers - Commercial cleaning. (offices, stores, churches) Contractors & Builders - New or post construction cleaning (homes and businesses) We have built our business on referrals and strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
