- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat, project-based, fixed rate pricing! No hidden fees or charges. This way we are both on the same page before the project starts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We just ask you to complete a quick 10 minute brand survey. We try to keep it easy for our clients :) After that, we schedule a 30-45 minute phone call to discuss your goals and ask any further questions. Then we get right to work! Each client is assigned a dedicated account manager, who is able to help out M-F 9am-5pm EST. We also offer 24/7 email support.
