You let me know what you want or don't want to be done, and I will consistently clean to your specifications. An initial in-depth cleaning gets you started and sets the standard for future visits, although specific services may be changed based on your instructions during the consultation. Standard residential cleaning includes the following: * General areas: - Dust and polish (where applicable) all furniture and -decorative items - Clean baseboards, doors, blinds and ceiling fans - Remove cobwebs - Clean floors - Vacuum carpeted areas - Vacuum and damp mop hardwoods - Remove trash - Change linens/make beds * Kitchen and breakfast areas: - Clean and sanitize counters, moving items to clean behind and underneath - Clean canisters and small appliances - Clean appliance exteriors - Clean inside and outside of microwave - Clean stove top - Scour sink - Polish fixtures - Spot-clean cabinet fronts - Clean and dust table and chairs - High-dust and remove cobwebs on light fixtures - Vacuum and damp mop floors - Remove trash * Bathrooms: - Clean and sanitize sink, tub and shower - Clean and disinfect commode, inside and out - Clean mirrors - Wipe down cabinet face - Dust baseboards and light fixtures - Vacuum throw rugs - Remove trash - Vacuum and hand-sanitize floors * Laundry room: Clean and wipe tops of washer and dryer if accessible Remove trash Vacuum and damp mop floors Additional services can be requested, including the following: * Cleaning the oven * Cleaning the inside of the refrigerator * Cleaning outside porches
