FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Aire Serv® of Mansfield knows that you want to be informed about the cost of services. That’s why we always provide guaranteed upfront pricing so that you know exactly what you’re paying for. In addition, we price by the job, not the hour, so you’ll never have to worry about exorbitant fees or surprise charges. We also offer free estimates for new HVAC installations. Whether you need emergency HVAC repairs, a system upgrade, enhanced indoor air quality, or any other service, we will provide a full quote before any work is started. With Aire Serv on the job, you can have full confidence in the transparency of our heating and air conditioning services. For a limited time, we're offering $300 off the installation of a new high efficiency furnace; $500 off the installation of a complete high-efficiency HVAC system (furnace and central air); and we offer 10% off every day to our heroes: military (currently serving or Veteran), senior citizens, teachers and first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers have unlimited choices for the home heating and cooling needs and we recognize that. Aire Serv of Mansfield has invested in ServiceTitan, our one-stop Client Relationship Management (CRM) system. Here we do everything from answering customer calls and scheduling appointments to dispatching our highly trained technicians and following up with our customers. This system also allows us to keep detailed electronic records, including pictures, warranty information, and preventive maintenance schedules for our customers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Prior to opening his franchise, our owner, Shawn, served in the U.S. Army for over 26 years. When he retired from his military service, he tried to find the perfect fit for his personality and drive. Shawn had always wanted to be a small business owner and when he found Aire Serv, he knew this was his calling. He also knew that surrounding himself with top talent would be the key to success, and he did just that.
