Brett did the flooring for 2 bathrooms and we are very happy with his work. While adding new flooring he also fixed some water damage to the sub floor near our shower door in the master bathroom. This extended the job by an additional day and he was very reasonable with the additional work. He was punctual and always kept us informed even if he was running a lil late.
He is very detail oriented and doesn’t rush his work and makes sure that the work is done right. There was a tiny gap (1/16th of an inch) as we had run out of planks. He covered the gap up with caulking, which did the job. But he still insisted on adding a PVC quarter round to cover the gap. He returned a fourth day just for an hour and added the quarter round. He didn’t even charge for the extra trip. That’s going above and beyond and excellent work ethic.
Brett is extremely focused while working and he is very reasonable with the pricing. Thank you Brett for your hard work!
