I hired this outfit to regrade the backyard. The ground was a regular and I was toppling over as I was walking. I explained the details we talked about regrading the entire backyard in two stages. The game plan was to separate the yard into two sections and to bring in additional topsoil and to spread that top soil and to add seed and to spread straw all over the top. When they showed up they only treated a very small portion of the yard they tried to talk out of the original agreement they didn't actually add the top soil that would accomplish leveling the ground or smoothing the ground it was not going to be level because it's slope from top to bottom.
