- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a person who thrives on movement and activity. It brings joy and a high quality of life for me and I want to share that with others. I am 55 and am thrilled about how I feel. I want to give my clients this feeling.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A client of mine named Jason, is a 21 year old former soccer player. The first time we met, I looked at him and thought to myself..."soccer player". He had the prototypical build: smaller, quick-looking, slender upper body, 5'5-5'6, 145 lbs. We've been working together for 4 months now and he has bulked up without "chemical assistance" and performed his first one-armed pushup this week. He is starting to have the fitness model look. I was thrilled when he did it that one arm push-up. Now he is considering a natural bodybuilding competition. He is getting strong for his size and build.
