What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
CPR: new customers will sign up for the session they wish to take. If they do not see a particular session they may contact the office to find out the availability. Tutoring: New customers will contact us prior to starting services to inform us of their weak areas or areas they need tutoring for, tutoring will then be customized to meet their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a masters prepared Registered Nurse who excelled in the required course work. I have been a long term and acute care RN for 5 years.
