FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Luxurae Design Co., I believe in transparent pricing and providing options for different needs and budgets. Photography pricing varies depending on the type of session, coverage time, and services included. I offer everything from shorter studio sessions to full wedding photography collections. Floral design is quoted individually based on the arrangements, flower varieties, materials, and overall scope of the project. I offer both fresh and artificial floral options, allowing us to explore creative solutions that align with your vision and budget. Wedding bookings require a 25% non-refundable retainer to secure your date, with the remaining balance outlined in your contract. I also offer seasonal mini sessions, occasional promotions, and special studio events throughout the year. My goal is always to provide beautiful, high-quality work while helping clients find options that make sense for their needs!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to keep the process simple, personalized, and stress-free! We typically start with an inquiry where I’ll learn more about your event, session, or floral needs. From there, we’ll discuss your vision, preferences, budget, and any important details. For photography, I’ll help you select the right collection or session, finalize the booking details, and provide guidance leading up to your shoot. I also assist wedding couples with timeline planning to help their day run smoothly. For floral design, we’ll discuss your inspiration, color palette, floral preferences, and overall vision before I create a customized proposal. Once everything is finalized, we’ll secure your date with a contract and any required payment. My goal is to make the entire experience enjoyable, collaborative, and as seamless as possible from our first conversation to the finished product!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Visual Communications, which provided me with a strong foundation in design principles, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling. That background plays a huge role in both my photography and floral design work. Understanding how colors, textures, lighting, and composition work together allows me to approach each project with an artistic eye. In addition to my formal education, I’ve gained extensive hands-on experience photographing weddings, couples, families, and portraits, as well as designing custom wedding florals and arrangements. I’m constantly learning, experimenting with new techniques, and finding ways to grow creatively so I can provide my clients with the best possible experience.
