Jon was EXCELLENT! First, his response time was superior to any other competitor. He then responded very professionally and was very transparent about what he could tell me via e-mail/phone versus what he needed to see regarding pricing. Lastly, Jon showed up on time exactly to the minute (6:30 p.m.), delivered the services as promised, put everything in writing and after a long day offered me a free consultation. He was very patient, answered all of my questions and was not distracted or irritated as I watched him work. He was the ultimate professional. I had no reservations about paying his asking price. Call Jon if you want someone that stands out from the rest. He's the best and I'm tough when it comes to service.
