Original review: The tech completed the job and did good work. The issue is apparently jobs are contracted out. I didn’t receive an estimate from the tech and received a a price range. When the tech completed, it was TWICE the price quoted. I would have never committed to the price I ended up paying but what am I supposed to do, not pay for the work. What if I truly didn’t have the amount. Absolutely terrible experience from a customer perspective. Updated Review: The owner personally contacted me and discussed the problem, actively problem solved and specifically addressed what would feel fair as a customer- This was above and beyond what I was expecting for customer and much appreciated. Will be a returning customer because of this follow up.
