Jimmy was fantastic to work with. He changed all four of my locks quickly and made the whole process feel easy and stress free. He asessed our doors and determined that all of our locks were not working properly (we knew about 2 of 3). He replaced our locks to our specification and completed the job in under an hour. Very respectful and professional on this job!

The service was remarkable. Look no further. The golden days of having a go-to-professional you can trust and count on again is apparent with Jimmy. Jimmy is one to add to the Rolodex & a keeper for your contact list. Of the five locksmiths I reached out to, he was the only one that 1. quickly reached back out to me and 2. Listened to understand my needs. 3. Worked with My time frame and my problem and 4. provided me a straight-forward pricing that was the same pricing from the initial conversation... up to his arrival to my house and to the completion of the job. With Jimmy there was No up-selling, No gimmicks, and No slick talk. Just straight forward getting to the job and getting it done in less time than he told me it would take to complete; all at the price we agreed upon from the beginning. Jimmy arrived radiating a humbled curtesy. He is straight forward on his most affordable pricing. He's not trying to get rich off of your one job. Which was a delight. His affable presence immediately puts you at ease. He completed the work both expeditiously and efficiently. While working, he kept the work area tidy and upon completion of the job he cleaned up everything . He was a constant consummate of professionalism. I will definitely recommend him and use his services again.
