Frank responded within 2 hours of my making my initial request and with in an hour after that he had a good idea of exactly what my problem was and made suggestions to me. I left it at that leaving him with some final thoughts before going to bed late in the evening All my communications with Frank up till he showed up on the job was via the Thumbtack application text messaging and email. The very next morning at 7 am he responded that he could actually work on my system that morning. An hour later we had everything nailed down and everything about it and he also assured me that my worst fears were unlikely to be true needing to replace my old air conditioning system and 3 hours after that he had it fixed and he was correct. He behaved in an extremely professional manner and showed up exactly on time when he said he would. Frank is actually an instructor at a local College teaching heating and air conditioning so he knows what he's talking about. He explains himself and what he is doing and why he is doing it in a very concise way that is very understandable and his prices were extremely reasonable. It only took him 35 minutes from start to finish to fix it properly including diagnosing, testing, explaining and billing.

We couldn't get our furnace to come on and thought it was a problem with the pilot light. After just a couple of minutes, Frank isolated a problem with our thermostat. The experience with Frank was great from the very beginning. When calling for an appointment, the customer service was very pleasant. There were evening and weekend hours for the same as daily rates and accommodated my schedule. Frank was right on time. He was personable, efficient, and informative. He found our problem quickly and took care of it promptly and for a very reasonable price. I will be recommending Frank's Heating and Air Conditioning to all my friends and family.

Excellent service and arrived as promised. Reasonable service fee and easy payment system. No hidden fee. Told me my AC units were in good condition. Will contact Frank next year for AC tune-up again or for any issues.

Frank was awesome, communicate effectively and promptly through the app which simplified things for us and or just schedules. He showed up promptly at his appt time and had the problem with our thermostat figured out in minutes. We appreciated how efficient he was and most importantly that he explained everything as he worked and checked back in the next day to make sure all was well. We will be using him again for future HVAC needs. Fair pricing as well!
