- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with clients of all sizes and at any stage in the web design/development and digital marketing process. We provide services at an hourly rate and a monthly package rate. Our clients include individuals, nonprofits, small and large businesses, startups, and more. We can work with any budget and are happy to assist you with your marketing journey.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to conduct an audit of our clients' current marketing efforts, as well as their top competitors. We want to fully understand our clients' vision and marketing objectives to ensure that we're providing the best service possible. Depending on the service we are providing, we will develop a strategy, execute it, and monitor the progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our CEO, Kate Evans, is a seasoned speaker who speaks across the nation at conferences, grade schools, high schools, and colleges. When she isn't speaking, she and her team are attending meetups, training classes, seminars, and conferences. The nature of the industry demands that we are always learning!
