I had a good experience. The first person who initially diagnosed my furnace name is Michael, he was very knowledgeable, educational, and friendly. They were able to replace my furnace the next day and it was only 20 degrees outside so my house was very cold. I really appreciated that. I had my AC unit replace also since it was also old and they gave me a package deal. It was 18 degrees when the installor (also named) Michael came back in a few days after the snow storm to install the AC unit. I didn't think they would replace it so soon. He even had to shovel snow to get to it. I was to wore out from shoveling the driveway so feel bad I didn't have it clear, but once again I didn't think they would replace the AC unit in this type of cold weather lol. These guys are very hard workers and good workers. The pic with the furnace open is the one that went bad. Before pic. The second is the after pic of replacement.

Laymon was very helpful & knowledgeable about the questions I had regarding my furnace/ac unit. He was willing to explain how to change the filter, what exactly the humidifier attached to my furnace does throughout my home & if I should be concerned about some noises my AC unit is making while the furnace is running. With me being a new homeowner, I came with a lot of questions and concerns & he answered them all for me. Thank you again!
