Roof repairs, missing shingles. (Unless major damages) $125 Preventative maintenance, roof -seal unsealed shingles -vent pipe boot replace up to 2 -roof vent, pipe boot seal $125 Siding, vinyl damage repair up to 1sq $75-$150
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process here at Alpha is, unless a very simple pre-priced repair i.e. shingle or siding wind damage repair, we would like to schedule appointments to get our eyes onsite to get you better and closer pricing. Then we evaluate onsite, and can hand write an estimate and schedule you right then. Before start date we get materials arranged to be ready for fastest project start to completion time. During project if any unforseen obstacles occur, we re-negotiate, then complete project. Finally at time of completion unless otherwise stated we are to settle compensations.
