Hello, If you have cracks in your foundation and or seepage through basement walls making it unuseable or causing unhealthy mold build up, I can help. I personaly will hand dig the crack all the way to the footer,scrape the wall clean, apply a hardening tar then put a nonbiodegradable 4mm plastic over the crack, then I seal all edges of plastic. This is a proven technique and water will not be able to penetrate leaving you a sealed crack with no worries. This is a technique used by waterproofing companies and they charge thousands of dollars for it. My pricing varies on size of the crack but most jobs run between $250-$500. Many many satisfied customers. I do everything with a shovel. No backhoe to tear up your lawn or break water lines or electric wires. Once I have dug and sealed crack I put all the dirt back and clean up like I had never even been there. All jobs are finished within 4-7 hours.
