FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No complicated pricing system. We come out to your house to take pictures and measure, we write up a quote with the prices for different services broken out as much as possible, and we answer any questions you may have about the work or pricing. We have fair established pricing based on our costs and the quality of work that we provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, we speak on the phone or in person about our business and their project, to find out if we're a good fit for it. Then we schedule a time to meet at the house to look at and discuss the project in more detail, and get whatever measurements we need. Then we generate a quote detailing our recommended work and the associated costs. Once the quote is accepted, we ask for a signed copy of it, as well as a deposit, we let the customer know what our lead time is, and we follow up with them at a later date, closer to the start of work, to schedule an exact start date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We keep up on the latest developments in products and installation methods through a trade organization we're a member of called NARI (The National Association of the Remodeling Industry), as well as through supplier education programs and several industry publications we receive on a regular basis.
