- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard pricing that is based upon the size and condition of the property, and services requested. We are proud to say that we pay our staff hourly and do not pay our staff a flat fee. This encourages staff to meet our standards of excellence. Additionally we guarantee that if your project takes less time we will reduce the charges. You can't make a better choice than when you choose Cleaning Genie.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically new clients contact us for information or price points. In order to provide personal service and exceed clients expectations, I meet with the customer to survey their needs. After the first scheduled visit I check with the client to verify they are pleased with the results. This process ensures that we provide the excellent service that our clients have come to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Kent State Business Management graduate in addition to having many years of experience. Additionally staff are individually trained by myself, in house and out in the field. As the owner of Cleaning Genie, it is extremely important to me that all staff provide consistent and excellent services for our clients!
