I did an entire roof repair with American Roofing and the quality from start to finish was top notch. The team gave me one of the best bids that we received, they walked us through the entire process, and everything was completed as they said it would be. They were always on time, worked their butts off, and even refused water or lunch. I will be shocked if they do not become the go to roofing company in Ohio. I am beyond impressed and thankful.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. we use Insurance pricing to insure you are getting the most competitive price for your installation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet, access the issues and figure out if we have an insurance claim or just need a replacement. We then prepare a quote and send it to our customer via email. When the customer is ready to get the project started we get it finished.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am OSHA Certified and also certified with CertainTeed.
