On Friday- I had an appointment scheduled at 1:15pm to get eyelash extensions with Madison, and was running a bit late due to just getting off of work. I called and spoke with Ronni to see if I needed to reschedule & she reassured me that they had penciled in plenty of time. After arriving, the environment of the spa was "calming" and after filling out some paperwork Madison took me right back to begin. They even had contact solution, because I forgot to remove mine before arriving. ( do so! FYI for future clients ) during the span that it took to apply each individual lash, Ronni, Madison, and I enjoyed conversation and made the time fly by. The whole process was gentle (to my surprise). Afterward, I looked in the mirror and was stunned by how natural-looking, but fuller my eyelashes were! Which was exactly what I was going for. Also, aftercare was explained in detail. The whole experience was phenomenal and I would recommend this salon to anyone! So nice to finally have somewhere a little more "upscale" in Mount Vernon, without the ridiculous pricing. Thank you ladies! I will be back, for sure.

Amazing service! I highly recommend this spa and they have my continued patronage. I signed up for a membership. I have only had the privilege of meeting Ronnie and Madison so far and they both are delightful and well educated. Madison has given me two lash lifts and an oxygen treatment facial. My lashes have always been straight and therefore not really noticeable making my eyes look bland. No longer! I am so excited with my new look. Now I have a reason to apply mascara! As far as my facial, I have had a few done by an aesthetician in a dermatologists office at quite a costly price. They all paled in comparison to the quality of the one Madison gave me and at a lesser price. My face has never looked or felt this good before!

Awesome place, especially for people w/ sensitive skin! I got my eyebrows trimmed and shaped she used a sugar paste and my skin was slightly red for a couple hours as opposed to two days at other places. Definitely going back!

I visited this spa for the first time yesterday to have my brows shaped/waxed. Ronni was very pleasant and informative of the process! I have very sensitive skin so waxing makes my eyebrows red & swollen for a day or 2. The sugar paste she uses did not cause any swelling and not really any redness either! I highly recommend seeing her for brows. I will definitely be back for that and maybe try some other services!
