- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies on difficulty but I try to be as competitive as possible. Not the lowest and certainly not the highest. But the quality of material that I use is usually higher grade than most starting tier roof plans!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Answer/return calls promptly, meet and greet, explain the process and what I’m looking for, share the quality of material, make shingle selection and then deliver/install shingles within 7 business days or less.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Estimator/project manager for 2 different restoration companies and was eventually GM for both.
