DO NOT HIRE. Breaks my heart to write this review because they seemed like kind people and I understand this is a source of income, however, they have ignored all of my attempts to reach out to them to work through an amicable solution before I submitted a review (see photos for correspondence attempts over 3 days) and proceeded to call me a “Karen” instead of having integrity. I’m left with damaged walls, broken glassware, uncentered / misaligned hangings, etc. Absolutely gutted that a $50/hr rate to hang two things would turn into a $1,000+ project. I had hired them after having the walls professionally repaired and painted the day prior to avoid this exact situation and now have to foot another bill to undo all of their work to have the walls repaired, repainted and the items rehung. Father / Son team arrived and it was immediately clear they lacked experience. Completely off centered, they didn’t properly install a wine glass shelf, only securing the very 2 end screws out of the 6 points, leaving the entirety of shelf unsupported and which ultimately fell, and they didn’t offer to clean up or pay for the shattered glassware. Their attempts to rehang resulted in highly visible drill holes made without consulting me. Our bulletin / organizational unit does not hang straight and is incorrectly positioned due to them hiding more incorrectly drilled holes which I discovered after the fact. They brought to my attention the extent of the mess they made from having to drill an excessive amount of holes due to their errors yet didn’t even offer to clean up any of the dust and debris.
